About the business

Welcome to Jungle Fowl Thai Restaurant

We started from the ground up literally, sowing the seeds & caring for the soil at our property, Oaks Kitchen & Garden. We wanted an organic, tropical garden, a self-seeding food forest in Tropical North Queensland Australia.

One day we decided to take a little road trip to higher ground. Amongst the mountains & plains we stumbled into a farmers’ market. There we tasted exotic fruit, saw endless amounts of crochet, entered the rotary raffle, & picked out three chicks to take back to our garden at Oak Beach.

Four years has passed we have many, many more chickens living a tropical life beneath the palm trees & among the vegetables.

Using inspiration from our property at Oaks Kitchen & Garden we have designed Jungle Fowl.
