MOSSMAN MARKETS

A genuine country market, held beneath the giant rain trees in Mossman every Saturday from /am until 1pm. You can expect lots of fresh produce, including exotic fruits, herbs and spices and a wide range of vegetables. There is taste testing and browsing along with a wide range or arts and crafts at the weekly Mossman Market, giving you the opportunity to find some unique handmade souvenirs. So make sure you set aside enough time to wander beneath the trees and enjov the ambience of these delightful country markets.
 

MOSSMAN GORGE
The Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an award-winning ecotourism facility conveniently located at the entrance to the World Heritage listed Daintree Rainforest. The Centre is a must- do for anyone travelling in the beautiful Far North Queensland region. Take part in a range of self-guided walks through the Daintree or for those seeking a deeper understanding of the Kuku Yalanji land and culture, take part in a guided Ngadiku Dreamtime Walk, led by the local Indigenous communitv. SHANNONVALE SWIMMING HOLE
This is where you'll find all the locals when the tropical heat is getting a bit too much to handle!
