Welcome to the Daintree Tea Company

Daintree Tea Company celebrated 40 years in 2018!

Daintree Tea is grown, harvested, dried and packed, just as nature intended. A place where beauty, nature and purity all come together.

This pesticide free, unblended black tea has excellent taste and aroma. Best of all, you can take it home with you by picking up a sample from the Farm Gate.

The tea grows on the Cubbagudta Plantation, in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest.

Established in 1978, the plantation is still owned and operated by the Nicholas family.

They recently added bee hives to the property so now offer delicious honey too. It’s honest Australian produce and payment is made using the honesty box method. Take a taste of the Daintree home with you and remember your journey, with each cuppa.

Many tea connoisseurs state that the flavour is second to none and the aroma is just delightful.

Lots of Australian tea blenders choose to mix Daintree Tea in their own blend to boost their flavour and aroma.

Daintree Tea is an unblended tea and you can enjoy our tea range as Mother Nature intended it to be, cultivated without any pesticides and high in antioxidants.

The Daintree Tea range may be consumed and enjoyed in the many different ways:

• Excellent for ice tea

Create your own with any variation that you might like

Some chefs use it as an additive for smoking their fish and meat.

After use, Daintree Tea leaves make a great organic fertilizer for plants and soil and it’s a great way to return it back to Mother Nature!

The Daintree Tea Cubbagudta Plantation is a great tourist attraction and many visitors from all over the world visit the plantation as part of their holiday itinerary in Australia.
