            hospitality and people, Rads excels in organisational and communication skills,
            making her an invaluable asset. As for Tommy, he extends beyond the role of
            chef, handling everything from on-site kitchen setups to administrative tasks.
            With a penchant for freshness and constant change, his menus are never static.
            Armed with 10 notebooks brimming with ideas, his expertise shines in feeding
            large crowds with top-notch food efficiently, making events memorable with
            his delicious creations. Tommy’s culinary prowess is evident, especially when
            orchestrating off-site events from a pop-up kitchen. Despite the challenges of
            working outside a commercial kitchen, he makes it appear seamless, mastering
            the art of crafting dishes that captivate and hush a full room.
            Notable achievements include seamlessly orchestrating events like the annual
            Taste of Port Douglas long lunch in Market Park and a 300-person Jewish
            Kosher wedding. Last year’s highlight involved organising two corporate
            conference events for BP fuel stations, each hosting 300 participants. The duo
            finds genuine reward in effortlessly managing such occasions and witnessing
            the tangible results.
            The execution of these substantial events owes much to an incredible group
            of  additional  seasonal  staff who  share  a common  passion  and work ethic,
            guaranteeing a memorable experience for clients.
