Ok so honestly, this trip is probably not going to include most of
the adventurous activities FNQ has to offer, and let’s be real, would

you have the energy anyway?
So settle into the famous slow Port Douglas pace, relax and enjoy
this time, before long they’ll be on the move and life will be a more
hectic.

Why not make for Four Mile Beach? The patrolled area is the safest
place for the fam and you can hire loungers and beach umbrellas for

the afternoon to relax in the shade.

If a tour is on your agenda Lady Douglas offers family friendly
cruises with pram access, no ocean swell, an on-board bar and
plenty of room to move around as you motor up Dickson Inlet.
Keep an eye out for crocodiles and enjoy the abundance of wildlife
that lives in this special mangrove habitat.
Strap on the baby carrier and explore Mossman Gorge Dreamtime
Walk at a leisurely pace as it winds through the worlds oldest

rainforest. There are transfers available from Port Douglas or self
drive if you’ve hired wheels for your stay.
And of course, a good book and a cool drink poolside never fails
lets be honest.
My final piece of advice? Take a thousand photos and give a million

kisses. We only get this special time once, so soak it all up.
