Platinum Cuisine was just perfect with their catering, which consisted of
yummy canapes, feasting style mains and desserts. The yummiest of dishes,
such as the Chicken Sugar Cane and Duck with Plum Gyozas.
The highlights of the wedding included a surprise firework display (thanks
Byron and Vicki!), the complete quirkiness of the day and and the abundance
of delicious food and beverages. This included shots of tequila on arrival and
a cocktail hour with tropical mixes like margaritas and coconut mojitos. A
choreographed first dance after dinner that led to popping champagne corks
whilst being carried high on shoulders. Even a bit of rain added to the fun as
people danced under warm tropical droplets.
Ultimately though, being surrounded by family and friends and being able to
express their love for each other by writing and saying their own vows will
always hold extra special memories. Oh and of course, walking back down the
          aisle as husband and wife!
