WEAVING WORKSHOP WITH NGADIJINA

An exclusive opportunity for visitors and local community members and/or corporate groups to take part in boutique weaving workshops led by Kuku Yalanji artist Delissa Walker.
 
A two hour session includes sharing cultural knowledge on gathering methods, dyeing and techniques, as well as weaving demonstrations and personalised instruction by Delissa.
 
Sessions will be hosted at Starwin ~ Shop 10 Portico Shopping Centre, Port Douglas.
 
A payment of $90 includes all materials and light refreshments.
 
Sessions will have a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 8 to ensure everyone has the learning time they need.
